Within the amount of time a teacher has to cover the TEKS required for their subject, it seems very overwhelming to focus on technology in the four areas:
TIME
PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF STUDENT AND TEACHER
ABILITY
PATIENCE
I feel as if technology is excited and interested in certain areas of life, but it is difficult to cover the required TEKS and curriculum for each student and focus on the silly STAAR prep in 45-55 minutes per class. I would like to find ways to balance out and tidder todder the time management.
Time management is a huge barrier. many times, technology can actually help give time back. However, this will not happen immediately.
